    I really liked the bayed design. This will be perfectly boring, exactly what the neighborhood was looking for.

    Is actual brick really used any more? I thought most new "brick" buildings just had pre-assembled "brick-like material" panels that were shipped in from China.

    The nearly-completed Crosby Street Hotel in Soho is using real brick -- and it's a nice non-unifrom brick that they've use, laid by hand, one by one.

    They just finished cleaning the facade this week. Aiming to open (soft) on 9/29.
