    ^That first picture is as good an angle of a building as there is in the city. Looking forward to seeing it complete.

    I love this tower. Morty Zuckerman should have built something like this on 8th.

    Really? I don't see what's special about this one, maybe when it's done.

    I'm holding judgement. I'm not crazy about the skin.

    I'm withholding judgment until I see more of that silky smooth skin.

    I think the skin is a beautiful as Beyonce's creamy caramel skin, and the shape is nearly as nice as her "booty-luscious" bod.

    Curtain wall here is somewhat reminiscent of what went up on Goldman Sachs HQ:

    While walking across 42nd St yesterday, I thought about how it has transformed from a rank dump over the past ten years.

    We have gotten rid of:

    that filthy, busted down flea market on 42nd and 5th where CIT is now;

    The disgusting corner where BofA is;

    The pig site where 7 Bryant Park is rising; and

    The putrid flea market where the hotel is rising.

    While the HBO building is not offensive, I hope that it's replaced by a stunning hotel when HBO vacates.

    That BofA Tower corner was a major improvement.
