I phoned my mobile phone carrier seeking clarification about my account and I was "speaking" with a robot. I hung up angry and frustrated, with no answer to my enquiry. So much for Customer Service.
It annoys me when they try to make it as if it is a person.
"Thank you, let me see what I can find!"

I usually just start saying "operator", hitting the 0 or # keys, or ask for spanish!
It's really embarrassing when you get mad at the robot, and get back,
"Sorry, I don't understand your answer. Let's try again."

I hate it when the newscast makes you feel like a freak for not liking summer. "Oh, it's so nice out!" "This weather is BEAUTIFUL!" "What a fantastic day we're having".
