Awesome video UWS. What's the music track on the video? It sounds like Mozart.

Yes, Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, 4th Movement. It just seemed to work somehow.

Thank you, MR_UWS. The editing and progressive changes in pov kept the framing interesting; the music added energy to the accelerated movement of the crews. Delightful, Charming, and Entertaining. Bravo.

(P.S. to Ablarc: I like your attention to detail, adding the Köchel number.)

The glass is too reflective. If 15 CPW was their inspiration, then they've came up short.

Oh well, I guess it'll be the "poor man's 15 CPW."

I think that it looks nice so far. I just hope that the balconies are fine. They can turn out to be a nice design element or a disaster.

thanks for the pics antinimby, building looks good so far, glass does look a bit too reflective. This shape reminds me of 535 west end ave, im sure this will be just as sucessful in terms of sales. Not too many prime development sites left on the UWS after this one.

Apparently you can't be that poor b/c 1 bdrms start at $1.67M and 2 bdrms at $2.2 M.
