    NOTE (SPA): Por cierto, la promotora de este desaguisado es la misma que anda a pleitos por los juzgados de Murcia contra la Comunidad porque dice que la "tangaron" en el concurso del aeropuerto de Corvera (cosa que no pongo en duda, porque desde luego que el proyecto del arquitecto Luis Vidal era en apariencia bastante más interesante que la mediocridad del proyecto de aeropuerto bis de Lamezia Terme que nos endosaron el señor de la fábrica de choped en Alhama y su socio de Sacyr), pero es que lo suyo es también para nota. Aquí ha dejado este "pufo" sin parangón que es el primer "barrio fantasma" de Murcia en su historia, porque yo no recuerdo un caso igual: 18 bloques y más de 300 viviendas de lujo, totalmente acabadas y listas para ser habitadas, abandonadas en medio del Campo de Cartagena. La señora Josefina Alcaraz ha abandonado el proyecto a la buena de Dios y se ha largado sin acabar las obras del proyecto de urbanización. El problema es que el Ayuntamiento no le obligó a avalar por el 100% del coste de las obras de urbanización y ahora no se sabe de donde saldrá el dinero para rematarlas. Pilla un poco lejos de Lorca, pero si necesitan realojar gente en viviendas, aquí tienen un montón abandonadas y listas para ser estrenadas. Menos mal que los "perroflautas" de La Glorieta no lo saben, porque de lo contrario montan el campamento aquí: esto es un auténtico parque temático para okupas y troupes de gitanos rumanos... y nadie lo vigila a ninguna hora. ¡ Para mear y no echar gota !

    How awful ! What a shame that politicians have authorized this type of projects. They're destroying the nicely coastal landscape of Águilas.Where can i find technical information about projects designed by ZORG Arquitectos ?Thanks, @Ariadne

    It is not easy to answer that question. I'm going to upload 2 photos of the 19th century. At the first photo you can see the old tram rails across the Cathedral's square (it was a tram pulled by mules). The second (colored post card) corresponds to the carriage service (named 'galeras') linking the city of Murcia with the town of Orihuela every morning 1 century ago (at that time Spain was as the American Far West)
