This 15-storey residential building was designed by architect Vicente Martínez Gadea. The proposed building was authorized by Murcia Urban Planning Department on December 21st, 2004. Unfortunately never was built and today the project is stopped. They say that the promoter company (METROVACESA) is trying to sell the plot in the last times. The building could be built soon if comes a new developer, because the project has the municipal license to start the construction works since 2004.

    ---------------------------

    Great info !
It appears that the proposed 4-star aparthotel in Mosa Trajectum Golf Resort was also authorized in 2004. The promoters announced that they would build the hotel facilities a few months ago.

You're wrong. The project approved by Murcia Urban Planning Department in 2004 for Mosa Trajectum Golf Resort included a 4-star aparthotel, so called Habitat Senior Golf Resort, and a medical center promoted by ASISA.

The proposed elder residence at Mosa Trajectum Golf Resort was started by promoters in 2008... but, after initial works on the site, the geriatric complex was stopped in the early 2009.

    Quite interesting !
Thanks for the clarification on the topic...
    --------

Yes indeed. The first project authorized in 2004 was a elder residence for golfers over 50 (280 luxury apartments and medical center developed by ASISA) . The new license authorized by Murcia Urban Planning Department in 2011 is for a 4-star tourist apathotel of 450 rooms.

Miami is under risk... President Obama should activate Military Defense Systems to try save the city...
It could be destructed by bad architecture learned by Clavel's disciples... LOL

and the architects who wear a T-shirt under Armani jacket could back again to South Beach's street corners.
    Miami's truly under a potential risk self-destruction !

The GLA surface planned for the commercial developmet on North Murcia by ORISANCHEZ company is similar size to OCIOPIA Mall (GLA 26,500 sq.m.) or the DOS MARES Shopping Center (GLA 24,800 sq.m.) In addition, the company has experience in management and construction of this type of shopping and leisure centers.

Totally agree, ORISANCHEZ seems a serious investor and may be an important commercial development for the city.

Talking about malls in the north of Juan de Borbon avenue: behind the Cepsa gas station close to the "rotonda de la ninfa" something is constructed. At the moment there have finished two floors of underground parking.

Do you know what is constructed?
