    If they had not destroyed the convent had not ever built the avenue...

    Bueno, creo que ya es hora de tomarnos unas merecidas vacaciones, descansar y recuperar fuerzas...
    Ahora ya no hay mucho que contar sobre Murcia y posiblemente la cosa siga así durante bastante tiempo. Tampoco quiero que el hilo se convierta en un foro de historia o de fotos antiguas. Creo que el esfuerzo está hecho con creces y nadie nos puede reprochar nada en ese aspecto. Habrá quien le guste más, habrá quien le guste menos,... pero trabajada está la cosa un rato...

    El precio marea de verlo. No digo q sea caro pq es una inversión y en una década vas a doblar lo invertido. Una piso de 300 m2 diseñado por Pei en la calle 56, entre la 5th y la 6th y a media distancia de Central Park y el MoMA, vale ese precio y no me parece exagerado. Pero ver tantos ceros juntos por un piso dar vértigo !!! XD

    Por ese piso me dejo q me los pongan como un Vitorino de grandes jajaja

    Como tú eres un tío listo, con lo que ha soltado @Murcianico en el post anterior, ya sabes hasta dónde se guardan los paragauas y cuántos baños tiene... jajaja
    No tengo ni que decírtelo, pero estás invitado en cuanto puedas venir con tu mujer y los niños...
    A primeros de septiembre pasaré por Murcia unos días, antes de marchar de nuevo a NYC, así que cuento contigo para tomarnos algo en plan tranquilo y lo tramamos...

    By the way Dr.T.....the best zone in NY!!! I was in dream Hotel, 55th.......it is just perfect location.....and i know you know the 3 important characteristics in real state investment: location, location, location!!

    Thank you for the photos you've posted in the last days. This is a valuable photo report that really shows the important economic activity developed in NW Murcia with the creation of modern logistics warehouses for major national companies within the manufacturing sector in fresh and frozen foods. Exports to Europe of these manufactured products are, certainly, today one of the major economic pillars for Murcia.
