... The intent of the proposal is a building that is able to configure spaces for citizen security, to create and modify large urban areas around it. The future city hall has become a focus of attraction for discussion and debate, both internally and externally. The outdoor spaces are molded as genuine FORUMS, where people can meet in chat rooms animated, attending street performers and even to express its pleasure or displeasure with municipal politics.
