We're talking about this Dallas, correct?

I don't see it. The biggest insult to this building and all the other ones that are built like it (Queenswest perhaps). Is that they look like Vancouver or Seattle. There's not many places building apartment buildings like this and at this clip elsewhere. Even the construction in Chicago is more small scale stuff than towers (not that there aren't towers being built - there are just many more smaller buildings). Even out here in Denver, it's a big deal when a building is even 16 stories. None of the new stuff here really looks like this either, although it's all some twist of postmodern construction. Just saying.

You guys kill me. They're something very NY, art deco ish, about these City Point towers so far. Looks like thought went into it unlike most of these new residential buildings.

Roldan, very long story but I lived in the same building as a western bar and that song was in HEAVY rotation back then.

One will be its own phase 3 building, tallest of the group.

Yes, I was referring to the JDS building at 340 Flatbush Ave Ext. don't have very high expectations there. Let's see.

It's starting to rival the financial district, in its own way.
