    Much richer countries don't save their treasures (Severla villas by PALLADIO are rotting away in ITALYwith no work beign doen on them...); are you surprsied mid-incoem coutnries liek Trinidad don't?

    Sad, but not surprising. Most tourists woudl rather stay in a new hotel that looks like a Radama Inn with palm trees than a fine old building like this.
