I may have some kinda jinks going or a good eye for development sites. Not long ago I was wondering how long those buildings would last, same for the Livingston/Boerum Pl NE corner.

The beautiful clock tower in LIC is in danger. Tenants have been told to vacate in 180 days. People have filed to get it landmarked. Demolition would be tragic.

he's also in contract to buy the industrial loft building at 338-340 West 39th Street for $22.5 million. It is adjacent to 350 West 39th Street, global digital advertising agency R/GA’s home, which the hotelier picked up for $112 million a couple of months ago.

All this building needs is a good cleaning, but we all know this terrorist will tear it right down.

Another piece of Gothic Gotham bites the dust. Sam Chang needs to elevate himself instead of churning out crap hotels with his architectural stooge Gene Kaufman.

Don't worry, ASchwarz assures us that Chang-Kaufman never, ever raze any buildings, much less historic ones.

They always only build on surface lots, and their buildings will be the Sherry-Netherlands (or the 334 W 36 Streets) of tomorrow.
