    In what way? Their stock is effectively at an all time high, and they've increased dividends every year since they started paying one in 2008. I mean, it's not clear if the time warner thing is a good idea, but even their P/E is equivalent to Apple's. I'm not saying I like them and I suppose stock performance isn't everything, but they seem to be doing quite well.
