It blows my mind how badly designed those buildings are.
^^When building's are so dispicable as these, it is not a question of how badly designed they are, but if they were designed at all.

It looks like it might have a little public space out from. Oh, from the public space you'd have to look at Metrotech, across the street. Bad public space. Bad. Bad.

This is my "art" photo. I posted another similar one in the Toren thread. I think the one in Toren thread is better.

Wow! this is rising fast. If I was getting an apartment there I think I would opt for a view of the Toren, easily one of the most aesthetically pleasing bldg built in NYC in a long, long time.

May 17, a kind of broad view of typical floors.. the individual bricks are actually kind of nice
This is one of Avalon's worst I think. Unfortunate.
