    the initial design was livable, the revised is not. not only are they building deep in the projects, they're making it fit right in aesthetically! who in their right mind would pay market rate to live there when you can get on a waiting list and live in similarly for $400/month?

    The Ingersoll Houses are NYCHA. The current NYCHA waitlist is about 15 years.

    And it's irrelevent anyways. If you can afford market-rate housing in downtown Brooklyn, then you make six figures, and would not qualify for NYCHA housing.

    Also, there are no revisions on the building plans for this site. The thread pics show different sites.

    They are just breaking the project out into three phases. I think Phase I has no market-rate units, and is 100% middle income housing.

    AS - look at the Winick renders. The building going up right now looks nothing like the Eastern most structure in the render.

    Therevision page that was posted also seems to indicte that Phase I is the eastern most site.
