    Default Random House

I took these pictures during the Macy's Thanksgving Day parade from the roof of Carnegie Mews, which is a 36-story apartment building located across the Broadway from Random House/Park Imperial

To the left of Random House/Park Imperial is the World Wide Plaza tower.

    Great pictures, as always.
Do you have any others that you took from the top of the surrounding city/skyline? *If so, I would love to see them. *Also, if you have any of the building itself, it would be nice; I don't know, or can't remember, what it looks like. *Thanks.

Nice shots. Are there any pictures on what the finished building will look like?

This is the photo of the rooftop of Carnegie Mews. More pictures of this apartment building are on Carnegie Mews page of Wired New York.

I posted several photographs of panoramic views from the rooftop of Carnegie Mews as a separate thread in Real Estate section of this forum.

Not a lot of excitement about this particular building, but that last shot looks good. Rather uninteresting curtain wall. Anybody have the height on this one?

684 feet... 20 feet more than the Trump Tower which this building vaguely seems to aspire to.

Fantastic example of how renderings never offer a true picture of what the building will look and feel like. How we went from light and sunny to solid black with this one I'll never know.

    The renderibng also looks taller.

Then again, I think TWC and 7WTC did their renderings justice - and look pretty good.

Random House has to be the most invisible skyscraper in New York! Almost nobody talks about it. How can a building this big and tall get no respect?

I feel the same about Cityspire.
