Does anyone else see the flaw here? I'm not going to bother.

At least the brain-farts stopped. That's something.

But we still have straw-men and post it notes.

As for motive, I'm going to move this ridiculous sago to the central prick - Mignini.

What was his motive? A puffed-up individual and devout Catholic, he may have a world-view that's at odds with the individuals involved in the Kercher murder.

You have a nerdy Italian boy sleeping with a good looking foreigner after just meeting her. Although it's not mentioned too often, Kercher was sleeping with the boy downstairs, and taking care of his pot plants.

There just had to be some wicked sexual behavior leading up to the murder.

The murder occurred on All Saint's Day, a more significant holiday connected to the Catholic Church than it is in the US.

Makes you wonder how much influence the old men in the Vatican have over the Italian judiciary.

Flawed is this absurd quote by Hellman: "How is it, if there had been a struggle and a thwarted erotic game in this small bedroom, perhaps an orgy that ended with Meredith being stabbed, there is not a single biological trace of Raffaele and Amanda? "

    ----

Is there something odd about that courtroom photo?

I don't think odd is the right description.

The courtroom looks like it could be in a number of European countries...but wait..oh...I get it... there on the right....they've allowed someone to carry in a fake Louis Vuitton.

Gee....I guess he was cropped out of the photo you posted. I searched all around that photo but found nothing odd except the fake Vuitton.

    .......

Just in time for the 4th of July!:

Seattle renews it's sister-city pact with Perugia for another 20 years*.

(*I wonder if Knox will still be serving jail time by then....)

Wladimiro Boccali, Perugia's mayor, seen here with Mrs. Michele Scoleri representative of the mayor of Seattle.

And a good time was had by all!

I'm not surprised that Seattle has no problem with the people of Perugia.

Only that scumbag Mignini, his Keystone Kops, the Court of Fools, and the Court of Castration.

I wonder if that poor misunderstood throat slitter Rudy Guede will be out of prison by the time this trial is over.

Will they show Mignini's murder cartoon at the trial, or is that off the table now.

[Yes folks, there really was a cartoon.]

Honestly, I gave up on this a long time ago. But I got a great avatar out of the deal, so I figure I have that going for me. Which is nice.

Nearly 2 weeks have passed since Hellman's claim. Isn't it odd that no important mainstream publication has picked it up?

Here's the latest cover on newstands this week: we've got Kate Middleton... we've got Princess Caroline and her kid.... (well who would have guessed it?)

I wonder why Hellman chose to give his first (and so far only) interview after the SC ruling to OGGI of all pubblications?

Not really, when talking about Italy.

The whole media is a shit show.
