Thread: When we flag.

  1. #1

    Default When we flag.

Question: when we flag a post with a message "to report spam, advertising messages, and problematic (harassment, fighting, or rude) posts" ...to whom does the message go?

And: wouldn't it be a good idea to have the message acknowledged?

All mods get an email. Don't hesitate to PM one of us if you need to.

I'd suggest PM'ing a Moderator you know and trust. There have been complaints about the actions of some that have yet to be resolved.

The one advantake to flagging, I have heard, is that everyone gets flagged on it.

So if you have a spam message or ad, go on ahead.

If it is a conflict with a mod, remember that they will also hear what you are saying, so keep it in line with discourse on a semi-public forum. ranting on a flagged mod post will probably not be the smartest thing to do.....
