Default Where can I BUY a SINGLE FAMILY home in a SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD for a decent price?

Im talking like nothing more than 400k???

yea, I know thats low for NYC.

I wanted it to be as close as possible to Manhattan. I seen a few in Throggs Neck, the Bronx going for about 330k but they definatly needed some work.

ps. Ideal neighborhood would NOT have whites as a minority...diversity is cool and all but I dont want to be the only white person in town. Safety is VERY important also, im not saying Mayberry but something "nice." I dont want to be out in Nassau county either...

But it would be cool... instead of your name, street and house number, people sending you mail could just write on the envelope "The White Guy".

this one asks about a single family home rather than a place to live.
