    Default The construction noise has been unbearable.

    They are drilling, digging, and smashing into bedrock only feet away from 4 other buildings. in such a small lot. The vibrations and noise is basically unbearable.

    Impressive that it keeps the streetwall. Based on the insulation, it's probably going to be paneling ala 40 gold, though. Sigh.

    It get's worse...please tell me this is just a water proofing being applied before they clad it with
    something else (although I doubt it)?!

    I've always thought it sad that the beautiful building on the corner is wrapped in billboards. It has a nice cornice, and notice the beautiful stone/terra cotta work above the "Van Wagner" sign. The owners are philistines.
