    Feel free to add more...

Does anyone know if there are any plans for these three tiny parking lots?

    a. North side of 17th Street just west of 5th Avenue
    b. North side of 17th Street between 5th and 6th (just west of a)
    c. Southwest corner of 6th Avenue and 17th Street.

    Several parking lots in Tribeca:

    West Broadway & Worth St

    Hudson and Worth Sts

    Varick and N Moore Sts

    6th Ave and White St
There are two smaller lots between White and Franklin Sts. All three are the sawtooth pattern that resulted from the extension of 6th Ave south from Carmine St to Church St. The northern lot seems to be the only one large enough for real estate development.

    Broadway and Lispenard St

    Warren and Greenwich Sts

    West Broadway and Warren St

Oh this is fun! The first one for me would be the giant lot just east of Water street between Beekman and Peck Slip. That should absolutely be built out. It would make for an excellent addition to the south st seaport historical area. There are a number of other small lots dotting Front street going south from here that would be good to see go as well.

And the Battery Tunnel Garage. I guess that's not a lot, though.

Two more open air grade parking lots recently bit the dust, NW Corner Canal & Greene and the one on Walker between Cortlandt Alley and Lafayette:

Development has already started on Canal and the second location is vacated and flattened
