Awesome! Wish it could do a "pre-retirement world tour".
A little late, but on the NBC Nightly News on Friday they totally goofed on their skyscraper fu during their Enterprise report. The reporter talked about the shuttle "soaring by the sloped rooftop of the Citigroup building" while they showed a shot of the Bank of America Tower from 30 Rock.
Schedule of the Barging:
6/2 (today) Load Enterprise on first barge for trip to NJ
6/3 (7:45 am)"A Weeks Marine tugboat will tow the barge from JFK along the shore of Queens and Brooklyn, passing the Gil Hodges Memorial Bridge at 3:30 p.m., Coney Island at 4:19 p.m. and under the Verrazano Bridge at 5:34 p.m. It will dock at 6 p.m. at Weeks Marine in Port Elizabeth in New Jersey, where it will remain until Tuesday morning."
6/5 The barge carrying the Enterprise will depart Weeks Marine at 9:15 a.m. and pass the Statue of Liberty at 9:50 a.m. and near the the World Trade Center at 10:40 a.m. The barge will continue up the Hudson River and arrive at the Intrepid Museum at 11:30 a.m.
The next three hours will be spent lifting the shuttle by crane onto the USS Intrepid’s flight deck. It will face out toward the Hudson River.

Skyscrapers: The Manhattan skyline appears in the background as Shuttle Enterprise is pulled into the area by a tugboat
Special treatment: Its permanent location at the Intrepid Museum, a former WWII aircraft carrier,
will be in its own Space Pavilion constructed just for the shuttle
Exhibit: The exhibit at the Intrepid museum on Manhattan's Upper West Side has a planned opening for the public in mid-July
