Hey guys,


I am moving over to New York soon and am trying to gauge how much space I can get for my money.


I was wondering whether anyone could tell me (or advise me on another popular forum to post this question):
What is the average % difference in $'s/square foot, for rental & purchase apartments in Williamsberg, Brooklyn, vs Chelsea, Manhattan?

Are there any sites that have the filters that could provide me with these comparisons?
