    Yuck to both, IMHO the original one is worse. either one looks like an upside-down pair of pants.

    The "stitching" makes the original interesting. It does look like upside down legs, sort of like someone doing a handstand. The new design takes away the waist and the whole thing just looks like a giant ass crack

    I think the new design is better, but it still needs something to break up the boxy-ness of the first 30 floors or so. The base of the new building seems to be more promising as well.
