    An improvement....but why 4?

I think cloning, especially with highrises is a bad idea.

    Default Clinton Green

This building from the Dermot Company will be a welcome addition to a rebounding area. I am currently supplying several new hi-rise buildings in that area, Related is finishing one at 55th and 10th (I think) and Rose Assoc. along with Durst is putting a 600 unit rental on 57th.

With H. Thomas O'hara's group involved, I am sure this Clinton Green will be a winner. It is scheduled to begin late next year (2004).

    Default Clinton Green

It is my understanding that Clinton Green will look radically different than the pictures above. I also heard that Fox & Fowle is now the architect.

    interesting news

    Default Clinton Green

I was also told today (by another developer) that Clinton Green will definately have a newer look .. and yes, Fox & Fowle will be the architects. I did not, however, find out if H. Thomas O'Hara will still be doing the interiors. Does anyone out there know?

I heard Fox & Fowle will be doing the whole thing and H. Thomas O'Hara Architect will have no part of it. I have seen a new rendering. Pretty interesting stuff.

Eh...a bit conservative, but they're a nice filler for the Verizon tower next to them.

^ I don't think so. I think the views to the East would be great as well.

Fox & Fowle updated their site recently and there are some more images of this development. It's in the residential section (obviously) and I counted 25 stories for the two towers. Also check out the Midtown East proposal for Queens

:? Why are they taken so long to get started...The renderings look good. I was around the area yesterday and they sure need this development to happen. That area seems depressing as of now with alot of store fronts closed.

It looks like the website was updated to include the project team.
