    With the disbanding of the developer backing this project I think its fair to say that, at long last, this project is DAB (Dead-And-Buried).

    why is it back on the diagrams under proposed at SSP after being listed as cancelled or stale for months? Is it a mistake?

    Davis & Partners didn't disband. They have new condos in development. 1 NY Place is an idea, not a concrete plan.

    Davis & Partners did disband. Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs run RFR Holdings and Trevor Davis is now part of the Chetrit Group.

    Whether or not 1 New York Place was ever a concrete plan that's upto debate, however there was a start and completion date.

    Don't use SSP as an authority for anything.

    This tower never actually reached "proposal" status. Its always been an idea that was in development.
