If that twin stepped tower were taller and had a better fAcade, it would be quite nice.

What I am doing lately so I remember what to keep an eye on, is to subscribe to about 15 of may "favorite" projects . I then set up 'alerts' in the control panel, an email Is sent whenever a new post is made to one of those threads To which I subscribe.

I subscribe to this thread, as well as many of the most noteworthy projects that are active here on Wired New York.... Thanks for all the great photos Tectonic: they are critical to keeping things interesting around here....

Wired New York is one of the reasons I started documenting the construction around the city. I want to see it stay alive.

Those copper panels look terrific: they are 'oxidizing' there way to a lovely patina already. Thanks Petermore for posting: we need more contributors like you here on WNY.......

'Hold your judgement' until the copper has fully developed the patina by way of
oxidation: then 'pass judgement'. I am really liking this project: even if Greg P does not return my calls, emails anymore ...... LOL

Oxidation | Define Oxidation at Dictionary.com
    dictionary.reference.com/browse/oxidation
oxidation definition. Any chemical reaction in which a material gives up electrons, as when the material combines with oxygen. Burning is an example of rapid oxidation; rusting is an example of slow oxidation. (See combustion and reduction.)

They architect would say that one needs a truly refined aesthetic sensibility to appreciate this 'look' - some will will "get it" and others will think it looks 'CaCa' . Either way is OK.......
