    The Seville was finished this year, as well. *I live two blocks away from it.

    I can check on Random House next week; I'll be on Central Park West for a doctor's appointment and have a view of it from uptown.

    i do feel that we are on the nidst of another great era in the architecture world. We are back to building buildings over 800 feet again, which is always an accomplishment. However, the architecture has changed for the better as well, i happen to like most of the new designs that have come about with their curved structures and angular appearance. It gives the city a whole new look. I look forward to seeing other great projects in the near future.

    Thanks Kris but the Folk Art Museum is only 6 stories and 85 feet. I only did buildings over 11 stories else it would be too much.

    I usually follow the articles and they said a Fall 2001 completion but I'll take your word on it. Thanks.
