    I was told they're using a concrete system here. Same guys from 56 Leonard, they're saying this one will be harder.

    Yeah, so I was in NYC last week and saw this in person. Wow is the first, last, and every other word in my mind. This is coming out better in person than even the renderings showed. I really can't believe it.

    Just as effing awesome as we thought it would be all those years back. Even though there is a slight feeling of revulsion over the lost 200 feet because of some imbecile named Samantha Burden arbitrarily picked this building to feel like someone significant, this is still a nice significant presence in the midtown skyline. Its potential is not as much as it could've been but its so gorgeous and striking that you can still significantly perceive it despite it being surrounded by taller, but much lesser quality constructs, such as 420 park or Nordstrom Tower, which are basically towers designed by accountants; a far far cry from this just Maaaasterpiece by Nouvell.
