SOM typically doesnt build commercial with concrete....I wonder if 7 WTC will be or just the substation. Which raises the question about credibility of concrete vs. steel.

I expect 7 WTC to be above standards either way.

40-45 story residential tower. Current rendering is very ugly but rumor is the design has changed.
