The Atlantic tower should be alright. The Heights' motif would suit a carpet.

The Court Chambers Building is gorgeous. *I was in Downtown Brooklyn a few weeks ago to see a ballet at BAM; I was walking to the Borough Hall station and passed by this tower. *It's not tall by Manhattan standards (395 feet, right Gul?), but quite impressive for Brooklyn. *But I just think that it's quite sad that there's so much graffiti at the base.

I've never heard of 295 Atlantic.
Is it the same as 233 Atlantic which is at the corner of Court and State streets?
