Is there going to be a column splice on the next 2 floors? Also will the middle column split at the same point?

OK, for the record, there is a column splice at every column every 26' 8".

There is a node coming up centered on the 55th floor, and I think that is what you mean. The place where the angled edge column meets the vertical column then transitions to the angled corner face of the building.

Lots of great pics 325ccr !

I see that they have started removing the crane track on the northwest corner to make way for curtain wall.

I have not been downtown in some time; good to see the tower is now really beginning to sprout. Imagine, in the third pic posted by 325ccr with the title "taken from about 14th street", once completed the tower would not even fit in that photo frame - not by a long shot.

Is it usual for the construction elevator to be in use on a Sunday afternoon?

If needed yes. If they are needed they operate 24/7.

Some pics I took on Saturday

The glass looks very good - tried to capture how it seems a little different in color than the glass in #7

Saw a shift change and got to see the elevator in action .

At the right angle, you can kinda see how it'll look with all the glass finished.

Man, you haven't been a lot of places in some time. As you map out future plans, check out the Moderator forum. There's some stuff needing your attention there.

I'm not convinced there IS a difference in color. Glazed glass will give you markedly different colors based on angle, and no angle on either building is parallel to one on another.
