    Agreed!

Yeah, seems pretty odd that this individual suddenly signs up as a member here, then starts throwing out hints that the Twins should be rebuilt instead of the present design. When he already knows what is going on! Something just isn't right about that!

    Just get on topic.

Am I right to assume this next jump will put it past 7WTC in height?

Not sure what floor that brings the tower up to, but here's how it looked on the live cams this morning when they were setting the corner column ...

The best way to judge the height difference between 7 and the new tower is via the Wired NY
    live webcams...

I think that a few more floors will do it.

Has earthcam been buggy for anyone else lately? Seems like my connection times out all the time when I try to reload it.

    Same here.

Once it passes 7WTC it then has to surpass Beekman, then 1 Liberty(or is it the other way around), then we move on up to Midtown.

Yeah, the ESB has had it's share of being New York City's tallest for almost 10 years, but it will soon have to step aside and let 1 WTC take the crown and wear it proudly.

I do not want to wander too far off topic. Or am I?

I don't know if it's the destruction of 9/11 or the construction that we see before our eyes but this song always comes to mind late at night when I think about the WTC.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zO1_cpIIzXI

"The darkest times ain't always at night!"

maybe it has something to do with the devastation in Japan.
    I'm just venting I guess.

I just hope none of you have to attempt to make sense to an 8 year old what took place in Japan. Thank God my other two kids are too young to understand.
( A very intelligent, very inquisitive, way older than her years 8 year old, just like her mom.)

((THANK GOD they are all clueless about the bus crash !!!!))

    (((Quick prayer for all !)))

Just teach them to stand in a doorway, or get under a table.
