Only bout two years before I can visit that floor. Lucky dog.

If I named my files correctly, here is the floorplan for the observation deck again:

Yeah that's pretty much it. Floor 101. Restaurant on 102.

I have access to the full architectural drawings but it's not advisable to share those on here I'm afraid.

I think I might hold a WNY raffle for a day-pass visit to the top of the tower!

Great idea. All proceeds could go to a charity of your choosing. Set up a Paypal account and off we go. I am in, even if odds of winning might not be great.

Yes, that set of photos are history making: mainly because 'nobody' else 'anywhere' could get those photos. Amazing.

I wondered that but I think it's a lost in translation thing.

Just my response to the comment by SHERPA "Irish - Your shots are HISTORIC!"

So, just sighting the 'historical' aspect of those photos; because you are one of a few people who has the access required to a take that photo it impresses me as being a 'history making' photograph. While most of the other photos posted are often 'great photography' in their own right; those you took are truly unique. The photos of various architectural projects (completed & under construction) in NYC are to me one of the most valuable aspects of these forums - an 'exclusive' photos like those you posted are a godsend - so thanks.

But, alas; I somehow think you 'got' that - hopefully my 'translation' here confirms that understanding.

    Cheers.
