What's the point of renders if people wait until after the building is built to criticize it? This is what's happening up at 432 Park.

Where were you, seven years ago, Banksy??

Doubt that would have changed anything. 5 billion dollars and we end up with that thing up top. I like the building except the top and I feel like the base represents fear in a way. The bollards should be the extent of it and take it 1776ft to the roof.

Renderings of a fortress rarely have the same feel as the actual fortress when you get there.

That's how the British and us Canadians spell "centre".

Honestly never really 'got' the whole Banksy thing. And he sounds silly in that 'article'.

This guy wouldn't be famous if it weren't for social media. His 15 minutes will expire soon enough.

On a school night! I'll rely on a night-owl with a video camera to relay the spectacle.

SSP has earth cam shots http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/show...3628&page=1687
I think they forgot to include the ring, which, in the daytime at least is the only thing that complements the antenna/spire thingy.

I missed the two dogs mock fighting, both on their backs; it would've been funny. But one lost interest and ran down the steps.
