I don't think that's a supercolumn, it looks like a box girder section.

that column seems to line up with the others along the northern boundary of New Fulton Street.
There's another column just like it just to the west, right by the corner of the blue trailers.

That is another east box girder section.

IF IT EVER STOPS RAINING they will finish the super column welding and erect the pair they have on site.

(Probably the biggest lifts the 18000 will have to make, the northwest super.) Something like 38 feet tall, six inch thick plate, 5 by 14 feet. The 18000 doesn't have a Max-ER kit for looks.

NY@K if you bet that the next sections of "east box girder" will go on the south side, you will win.

They're putting an additional protective metal shell over the tubes.

I wish I could always get the results before I wage bets. It would have helped my basketball bracket immensely!

^^^ LOL I think I would have been better off letting my 6 year old fill out my NCAA bracket.

I saw one of the cranes unloding steel this morning but I think it was just rebar.

What happened to the big box beam they've been putting together for the past week?

It's gone from down below, but I don't see it installed up above ...
