    Default Cranes look good

    Those postings above on June 2 and 3 were of the new crane at 3 WTC - appears in the attached photo here on the top left.

    Also, the new moving crane inside the Hub has been assembled from the parts of the previous static crane.

    The crane is not a M1280D, looks like it is going to be a TG2300, the same cranes that were at T2.

    Anybody know who's yellow and white Peterbilt's trucks are that that deliever the iron to here? Or in more simple words, who transports/makes the pieces for the hub?

    Not sure about the transporter, but the pieces are designed in Spain and fabricated at a factory somewhere in NJ.

    With the glass and sunlight pouring in (especially on Sept 11 each year) this will become one of the most visited places in the city (read country)....makes me think of Lud; someone might undertand that one...
