Verizon has a line of PC Richard trucks offloading appliances while they are still demoing top floors. It appears they are fitting the apartments out as the floors are finished

Prudential buys downtown Newark PSEG Plaza:

Here's hoping they do something good with it. That space has been underused for quite a good while.

I thought the concept for this footprint was taller but faaar narrower? Not that it's a bad render...

I think it looks nice too. And I don't recall there being a proposal for this site. This site sits directly across the street from city hall in a lot that before was an unkept and unpaved area with some beautiful sycamore trees (which have already been cut down.) Maybe you're thinking about the proposed second tower to the Hallmark House which is the next block over. https://jerseydigs.com/newarks-broad...w-development/. If you walk or drive down Broad Street, you'll see a sign for that tower mounted just south of Hallmark House.

Yup you got me that's exactly the one I was thinking about (I did get the two sites mixed up). I was downtown the other day and saw what you said about the trees being cut down (and gated off). That stretch can really be nice with those developments along with William Flats.

First Shaq tower has most windows installed on side facing North, have not been on Southside recently but believe is should be done
Verizon appears to have most windows switched out, construction elevator is going to upper flowers
Shaq 2 I have not seen any ground work yet
