From FXFowle.

Kind of looks like The Brooklyner, 66 Rockwell Pl, and The Hub somehow had a three-donor baby.

"Our design of this 52-story mixed-income rental tower is a play in scale and material to create a signature yet familiar mark on the Brooklyn skyline. The building's massing and orientation allow for expansive views of the Manhattan skyline and the East River bridges. Situated on the cusp of brownstone Brooklyn and newer large-scale developments; the tower draws inspiration from the materials and scale of the older architecture while incorporating more contemporary materials and larger expanses of glass.
