19.5 inches in my Chicago Neighborhood (generally Chicago got 16-18 in.) on Sunday, along with Blizzard conditions in the late afternoon and evening. Another 1-3 inches expected today, and more of the same tomorrow.

The biggest problem is that uninformed idiot Cuomo shut down the subways. The MTA had appropriate plans in place, closing the open trench portions and running only locals on the rest - so they could park cars on the express tracks. well they actually did run all night, just without passengers. Eliminating automobiles and trucks to allow unimpeded plowing was a fine idea anticipating the worse. But having done that, there was all the more reason to run as much of the subway system as possible. </end rant>
