    It would need to be in some way unique to be a breath of fresh air, except this isn't so much different than 90 West, or 7 Bryant Park, or 4 WTC, or any number of other reasonably glassy towers with some small architecturaly flourish (eh, the one on east 57th? that I can't even remember the name of, the Foster one across the street from Citi, etc.). It's fine, as far as I'm concerned, but fresh? I'd consider the two SHoP (sHOP? sHoP?) towers over on the east river to be more interesting, and even that's just a skyscraper reprise of their cladding for the Barclay center.

    Judging by the look of the tip- err... top, it could also use a visit from a Mohel.
