    The render doesn't accurately reflect the placement of the lot line windows within the brick facade of the building to the right

    It is more like 'artists license'..... If the picture looks better that way (and it does) the artist will just take license to draw it that way. I wonder, if by chance , the developer also wanted done that way: the wide bay of windows on the brick building meeting cheek-to-cheek with the adjacent windows of the new building is a bit odd.

    It's also more like a bald faced lie. I'm sure the developer would be thrilled to make those remaining lot lines disappear.
