Thumbs up Pile Drive on Site Today for 88 Regent St. today.

I passed by the site for 88 Regent St. today in Liberty Harbor and noticed a pile drive rig was on site. This building had been announced to break ground mid 2018 but appears to been pushed back to 2nd Qtr of this year.

    Highlights:

    - 32 stories tall
    - 392 rental apartments
    - 9,110 sq. ft. of ground floor retail
    - 5,000 sq. ft. of office space.
