    Trenton Central High School was demolished and is being rebuilt at a cost of $116 Million.

    That is an incredible project!
    It currently looks like this. It is just the first phase of 138 lofts across 151,000 square feet of a renovation of the existing building and will be complete by Spring 2017

    Phase 2 will add 52 lofts, a restaurant, and retail space to another existing building and a new building
    Phase 3 will renovate two buildings, add a new tower, and contain 200,000 square feet of office space, retail/restaurant space, and a 949 space parking deck.

    Very nice projects! will be nice to see Trenton start to get some of the momentum as well as the more northern NJ cities. Another accessible and important urban center in NJ that has been untapped for decades.
