Default 66 Hudson Boulevard - 1,005 ft tall + 65 stories - Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG)

66 Hudson Boulevard is at the northwest corner of 34th Street and 10th Ave. It is being developed by Tishman Speyer. One of the notable tenants will be Pfizer, which will be moving their HQ from Midtown East.

Yeah, but the trees are pretty.

Those terraces will be heavily controlled by health and safety and there will probably be no trees or small plants. Maybe some heavy furniture that won't blow over in a strong breeze. My old office had a roof terrace and there was very heavy patio furniture that was placed in specific places that were not supposed to be moved, due to wind studies or something.

3 floors are up. Steel is going up on the 4th floor.
