    Why would you have any resentment towards a purchaser in this building? If they have done the research and determined that they are okay with the issues associated with living in the area, why should you care?

    The flooding issue that hatches raises is probably the problem of most interest to potential buyers.

    Parts of this area -- going all the way east to West Broadway / Grand -- are notorious for the flooding that takes place during heavy rains.

    Amazing link MK,,,,thanks. That map/graphic is HUGE. Those extra large images are great: easy to scroll the whole view regardless of the screen size.

    The noise pollution will be issues too. The Holland tunnel entrance area is one of the city's pollution "hot spots."
