I'm happy with it. Looks a whole lot better than the old one!

The rebuilding, because of all the design problems, red tape, corruption, politics, and criminal bullshit have been like liver cancer after we, as a city, suffered a collective heart attack.

Interesting Article in today's NY Post about Mob Involvement at Ground Zero. See WTC Developments Forum where I posted the article.

I guess the race is on! Does this top out before the DB is demolished? Time will tell...

Thank Goodness this is progressing (sad though the design may be). This new building ^ will block the sideways view from the Cordoba Initiative's "Mosque" project at 45 Park Place towards a corner of the WTC site (or the view that might exist if other buildings, including 7WTC, were not in the way)!

Oh this is starting to heat up. I was quaking in my boots a few weeks ago, but now there's a finish line in sight. I'm kinda amazed they're going with a tower crane. I didn't think this building would be quite tall enough to warrant one, but maybe it's a staging issue as well.

Hooray crappy iPhone photo. These guys are going to have to hurry the heck up if they're going to fulfill my prediction and beat DB up (or down as it were)

I think you're gonna need another DB fiasco. Which isn't so far-fetched.

Was my deal to the ground on DB, or completely gone, vault and all? Hmm.

Pictures from yesterday. The A/C from 7WTC nearly blew me off my feet:
