Do you just pull ramblings out of thin air and post them? What do you have to substantiate your statement? Ratner won't be out there with a shovel digging the hole. He's the head of a huge development company that has exhibited an ability to work on multiple projects, in various stages of contruction, successfully. If you're going to post something that contradicts the entire thread and the latest reports from knowledgeable news sources, then substantiate it. It's pretty disappointing to see you leaving a trail of posts that contribute nothing. You didn't strike me as a poster prone to posting to simply "bump" threads.

We've heard that before, Ratner has to get this project going by a certain time, especially with the school involved. But 2006 is only next year.

Tiny render on page 13 of this FCRC page:

http://www.fcrc.com > click on the small icon at the bottom of the page in between 12 Metriotech and the shopping thing.

Also nice pictures of 12 Metrotech.

It appears to be well over 1,000 feet tall!

In the foreground you can see the SouthBridge Towers, each 28 storeys. Gehry's building is three times the size of them, the equivalent of 84 storeys.
