Seems like slow going with the structural steel; but this is an unusually complex geometry to be fitted-out here, a real 'knuckle buster' of a job for the steel workers. This is where the 'virtual reality' of BIM and parametric modeling meets the 'as built' reality of actual contruction. I have been on BOTH ends: and the two realms are 'much' further apart than the CAD Jockys at their computer terminals would like to believe. HeHe

If you're interested in civil engineering, you really should take a stroll around the perimeter of the yards. there is a ton of infrastructure work going on in the cut to completely redo all of the tracks and signals, as well as reconstruction of the carlton ave bridge. last weekend the workers were installing bridge deck structural steel, which is a pretty rare and interesting process to observe if you like that type of thing.

I don't think this building will age well.

It shouldn't look much different in coming years. The panels are already 'aged' so you shouldn't see much change.

NeNe is in LA. She's starring in a new sit-com with Ellen Barkin and others.
