    I think that one of the greatest problems with this building is that it will block the views of 70 Pine St. For shame.

    Isn't there supposed to be another tower which will rise next to this one? What's the status of that project?

    prominent from that angle...

    hopefully that is the side that was designed to face the other tower....and the other tower will have its good side facing out.

    When is the other tower supposed to rise, and will it be on the adjacent site that's presently occupied by dilapidated bldgs.?

    2 Gold has been topped off. In the above photo you can see the two story roof structure that will house the water tower (I think).

    New York city should stop building post modern buildings and start building modern structures. Like wtc 7 or bloomberg tower. It needs more modern buildings.

    The enclosed water tower on 2 Gold is now illuminated at night. It looks like a baby Bloomberg.

    I hope the second tower goes up soon. The east facade viewed from Brooklyn Heights is really yucky.

    80 South Street should help draw attention away from it too.
