They started with the upper-most level of the south-western memorial section.
I noticed workers have been up and busy through the whole night!
Anybody know what the pay rate is for that late shift? Is that double time?

The opening is left for access to lower equipment to the Chiller Plant below.
They do all the steel work at night on this section. The PATH service gets restricted and they work though-out the night putting the steel in place. Then they spend the day unloading more steel for the next night as well as work on the welding and so forth....

Looks like stormy weather does not affect steel installation below grade!
Work resumed in the south-west opening over Path tracks - just noticed new floor beam put in place.
Maybe this was explained before, but what exactly is going to be in that corner, vehicle screening center? Like, driveway, corridors, something else...? First/upper basement level looks to have very high ceiling, second level has noticeable lower ceiling, and even lower we have Path tracks, right?
